Chef Christophe and Josephine’s small group food and wine tours to France, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Corsica and Italy reflect their life experiences and professional backgrounds - their family heritage in the Les Vosges/Alsace regions and Calabria respectively, and their working lives and marriage in New Caledonia.

French Flair is an independent import business and wine merchant located in Sydney and Canberra. French Flair offers a selection of wines, ciders, spirits and liquors from all over France. All our products are personally selected and from boutique producers including some of the most prestigious. They are qualitative, exclusive and most importantly reflect the place they come from. La Belle Miette is Melbourne's macaron specialist patisserie, founded by two francophiles. Condé Nast Traveler rank them amongst the most delicious macarons in the world and the Guardian's Dan Lepard described them as "better than Paris, best in the world”.

Les Bistronomes

Les Bistronomes Restaurant was founded in 2014 by two French men with a desire to extend Bistronomie to Canberra. Originally located in Braddon for four years, the restaurant has since moved to the community suburb of Campbell in October 2019 where Clément Chauvin has become the Sole Owner and Executive Chef.  

Their ethos has always been to create good food, good service in a homely, relaxed atmosphere.
